Jamie was brilliant in the Seminar Theatre and a breeze to work with from the speakers point-of-view. He even came in early at late notice to assist with a breakfast tour. Richard again was brilliant in the Tile & Stone Theatre dealing with Tony from the Tile & Stone Assoc. and moved heaven and earth to ensure a last-minute Skype session with an international speaker in the Presentation Room was online with minutes to spare.

The Skype sessions ran without a hitch and were extremely well received.
